The Small Print

Deposit/Booking Fee

A deposit of £250 of the total agreed quote is payable to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and deducted from the final balance payment.

Balance Payment

The outstanding balance is due three weeks before the wedding date.

Payment Method

Payment can me made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. There is a facility to accept PayPal or credit card payments through PayPal but the total cost is subject to a charge of 3.4%.

Changes to Orders

If you wish to add or change flower varieties these can be accepted up to one calendar month before the wedding date and will be subject to a revised quote. We will accept other minor changes to the quote up to three weeks before the wedding date.

Once the balance payment has been made, flowers will have been ordered and no reductions in the order will then be possible. For example, if you need to reduce the number of table arrangements by one, the extra flowers will be used across the other arrangements.

Minor changes to order will be accommodated if possible – e.g. extra button holes.
Additions to the order may be possible based on the availability of extra flowers from the wholesaler.

Substitutions

All flowers are subject to availability. There may be on occasion the need to substitute a particular flower. A similar flower in appearance and value will be used if this is necessary.

Pricing

Flower costs vary from week to week and in some circumstances there may be an additional premium to pay for unusual varieties. You will be advised of this before we order from the wholesaler and offered an alternative if required.

You agree that any photographs of our flowers or products taken by us at your wedding may be used for promotion of the business. If you send us any photographs including yourselves and wedding guests you accept that they may be used for the promotion of the company unless you advise otherwise.
